We explain why our Rapid Tan is rapidly taking over!

Unlike most tanning solutions (90-95% of the worldwide market), Electric Tan is hot blended. This means that the product is made from ingredients which need to be heated to specific temperatures in order to blend with the other ingredients. It can take up to three different heat up / cool down proceeses for the emulsion to be created.

Most tanning solutions are made using a single cold blend process and it is impossible to combine certain vitamin complexes using this method. Creating a hot blend also has the added benefit of creating a thicker, more luxurious solution which applies warmer than traditional tanning solutions.

One of the ingredients we're able to blend into our Electric Tan rapid tanning formula because of this more advanced process is Troxerutin, a natural yet advanced anti-inflammatory and anti-cellulite ingredient.

What exactly is Troxerutin?

Skin under stress – e.g. from UV-irradiation or chemical irritation – often reacts with redness. Though the factors causing redness may be diverse, there is always an inflammatory process involved. The first steps of cellulite development are also related to this inflammation.

Troxerutin soothes irritated tissue and helps to regenerate healthy skin. It greatly decreases the formation of inflammation mediators. It is an ingredient used not only in skin soothing cosmetics but also in high-end products for cellulite reduction, demonstrating additional support of capillary resistance. Troxerutin is one of the most stable bioflavonoids and, most importantly, it is naturally derived.
