Vimage Products Limited/Fresh Indulgence can accept no responsibility for transport delays or circumstances out of their control causing late delivery. Neither Vimage Products Limited/Fresh Indulgence nor their designated carrier will accept claims for consequential loss due to late deliveries.
When can I expect my delivery?
All orders within the UK mainland will be dispatched using either Royal Mail First Class, APC, or DPD couriers, depending on the size of your order. All orders are dispatched within 2 working days of placing your order, unless otherwise stated.

To guarantee next day delivery, please order by 2pm Monday to Thursday, orders recieved on Friday after cut off time will be delivered on Tuesday.

Do you deliver to a work address?
We can deliver to your permanent residential address or your place of employment. If you want your delivery to reach you at work, you need to be confident that someone will be there to take receipt of the goods as the courier will deliver to the place not the person.
Will I need to sign for delivery and what happens if nobody is in?
If your goods are being sent with Royal Mail, then this is not mandatory. However, if your products are being couriered to you, you will need to sign unless you follow this procedure:
Leave a comment on your order stating where your parcel would like to be left (i.e. with a neighbour/recycling bin) Leave a notice on your door, signed with your name to confirm you are happy for the delivery driver to do this. The team at Fresh Indulgence then will confirm this with your local APC depot and the delivery can proceed with or without a signature from you personally.
What happens with delivery over a bank holiday?
UK Bank holidays are not classified as delivery days, please allow an extra working day for deliveries over UK Bank Holidays detailed below:
- 1st January - New Year's Day
- April - Good Friday
- April - Easter Monday
- May - Early May Bank Holiday
- May - Spring Bank Holiday
- August - Summer Bank Holiday
- 25th December - Christmas Day
- 26th December - Boxing Day
Orders placed over Bank holidays will be process the next working when the office opens again. Please allow extra time for delivery when placing orders on any Bank holidays.
How can I track my order?
Any royal mail, unless requested prior to placing your order will be sent on a standard first class method- therefore no tracking is available.
Any APC couriered parcels will have a tracking number. You can email firstname.lastname@example.org to enable you to retrieve your tracking number or alternatively, call 0208-290-4747 during our working hours.
